Edward is qualified as a Fellow Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales), Chartered Director (Institute of Directors), Chartered Professional Accountant (Chartered Professional Accountants of Bermuda), and Trust and Estate Practitioner (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners). Edward has extensive experience in financial accounting, financial budgeting, cash flow forecasts, investments, valuations, regulatory compliance reports, and trusts. Edward’s career experience includes appointments at Brunswick Group as Partner and Chief Financial Officer as well as at Leman Brothers Europe as Financial Controller (London), Director of Regulatory Accounting (London), and Director of Trading Services (Frankfurt).
Gary E. Sousa
Vice President and Finance Director
Gary is qualified as a Chartered Accountant (PricewaterhouseCoopers), Chartered Professional Accountant (Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, Chartered Professional Accountants of Quebec, and Chartered Professional Accountants of Bermuda), Certified Public Accountant (State of Illinois, USA), and Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder (CFA Institute). Gary joined Leman Management Limited in 2008, prior to which he served 19 years with Rio Tinto Alcan in Bermuda where he was appointed as President and Chief Financial Officer. Gary has extensive experience in investment holding companies, captive insurance management, shipping operations, and commerce of raw materials.
Kim Marshall
Compliance Officer and Accountant
Kim is qualified as a Chartered Accountant (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and Chartered Professional Accountant (Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia). Kim founded her own freelance chartered accountancy and consultancy business in Bermuda in 2007 and joined Leman Management Limited as a consultant in 2014.

Ellie has studied under the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK) and has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate administration, corporate administration management and compliance. Ellie joined the Leman Management Limited team in 2010.
